If you signed up for E-Notice please watch your Inbox and check your Junk Mail in case you do not have finance@carstairs.ca on your safe senders list. If you recently purchased a property and did not receive a Tax Notice please contact the Town Administration Office at 403 337-3341 or reach out to us at finance@carstairs.ca please include your full name, property address and a contact number in the email so we can investigate and contact you.
Property Taxes - Are Due June 30, 2026
REMINDER Taxes are due June 30, 2026. Any outstanding balance will be assessed a 14% penalty applied on July 1, 2026. You still have time to get on the TIP program (Tax Installment Payment Plan) for 2026, contact the Administration Office for more information regarding signing up and payment. If you have recently purchased a new property and have not yet received a copy of your 2026 Tax Notice please contact the Administration Office for information on how to receive a copy. 403-337-3341 or finance@carstairs.ca
You can pay your taxes in person at the Administration Office, by mail, internet banking, Paysimply or MyOnline Carstairs.
