Housing Developments

The residential character of our community is maintained by good planning practices. Town Administration works closely with each Developer. Guidelines are in place in order to provide subdivisions of distinction to new home buyers.

Scarlett Ranch

Scarlett Ranch is a residential community within a short walking distance of Carstairs Elementary School, Bob Clark Library, Community Engagement Site and many recreational opportunities and facilities. The community incorporates walking and biking paths to the other amenities in town. The development of the area respects the heritage of the region.  Sam Scarlett was one of the first ranchers in the area in the 1880's.  Architectural and landscape design guidelines were developed to retain the rural character of the area with very modern and urban infrastructure.  If you are interested in buying lots or building homes in Scarlett Ranch, please contact Bill Turnbull at 403.233.0333 or through email at wturnbull@shaw.ca
