The Finance & Administration Department is responsible for all financial information for the Town of Carstairs including Budgets and Financial Statements, Property Taxation, Water, Sewer and Residential Garbage Pick-up charges. This department also drafts all bylaws and maintains the records of the Town of Carstairs.
